About The Team And The Role
At Ocado, we are transforming the way the world shops. As the Revenue Management Strategic Lead, you will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, finance, and data science. You will be responsible for defining and executing profitable growth strategies and optimisation across our digital grocery platform.
This role requires a commercially astute leader with a strong analytical foundation who can translate complex datasets into actionable decisions. You will partner with customer teams, insight, forecasting, supply chain, and logistics to maximize sustainable revenue and margin growth while continuously improving the customer experience.
What You’ll Do

Growth Optimisation:
- Maximise online sales and profit through developing future strategy and plans to deliver against financial budgets.
- Focus on core e-commerce, logistics operational metrics, and retail drivers to balance growth and cost and execute to the defined plan.

Strategy Development:
- Design, build, and scale revenue management capabilities, analytical frameworks, and tailored approaches across demand and capacity scenarios.

Profit Generation:
- Conduct data-driven reviews to uncover efficiency opportunities, secure senior leadership buy-in, and manage cross-functional execution.

Peak Planning:
- Lead on trading strategies for key high-volume windows (e.g., Christmas, Easter, back-to-school) in collaboration with demand planning and supply chain to ensure volume forecasts are operationally deliverable.

Revenue & Profit Trading:
- Lead cross-functional sales and operational planning, execution, and regional prioritisation, aligning Customer, Logistics, Insights, and Operations around clear priorities.

System Ownership:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for demand forecasting and business intelligence tools, defining smart parameters to automate governance and enhance data-driven decisions.
Who You Are

Commercial Acumen:
- Strong expertise in Revenue Management, trade investment ROI, scenario modelling, and end-to-end supply chain dynamics.

Retail Knowledge:
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale P&Ls and delivering tangible profit/revenue growth initiatives.

Data & Analytics:
- Mastery in manipulating and drawing insights from large, complex datasets using advanced analytical tools.

Stakeholder Management:
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across operational teams.
