Due to an internal promotion, we’re now on the hunt for a Revenue Manager who can turn data into strategy, numbers into opportunity, and performance into results — all while keeping things fresh, fun, and unapologetically Moxy.

Your Mission To own and drive the hotel’s revenue strategy, turning insights into action. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and wider team to maximise performance across rooms (and beyond), ensuring we’re always one step ahead of the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the numbers – Analyse performance, booking trends, and market data to shape pricing, forecasting, and strategy. Drive revenue – Maximise room and total revenue through smart decisions, upselling opportunities, and tactical planning. Know the market – Keep a close eye on competitors, demand patterns, and local trends to keep us ahead of the game. Lead strategy conversations – Run weekly revenue meetings with key stakeholders to align on performance and priorities. Make data make sense – Deliver clear, actionable reports and forecasts that keep the team informed and agile. Collaborate across the hotel – Work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Reservations to ensure strategy turns into results. Own distribution & merchandising – Manage availability, channels, and positioning to maximise visibility and conversion. Support and develop – Share your knowledge, support training, and help elevate commercial thinking across the team.

What We’re Looking For

Hotel experience is key – You’ve worked in revenue (or a similar commercial role) within a hotel environment and understand the rhythm of the business. A self-starter – You take initiative, own your space, and don’t wait to be told what to do. Commercial mindset – You get the bigger picture and know how decisions impact performance. Data-driven & detail-focused – You love the numbers, spot patterns, and turn insights into action. Collaborative energy – You’re a team player who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships. Flexible & proactive – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly when things change. Ready to travel – You’re happy to pop over to Dublin to collaborate with the Group Revenue team and attend training. Marriott experience? Big plus – Familiarity with Marriott systems, tools, and brand standards will definitely give you an edge. The Moxy vibe – Confident, energetic, hands-on, and ready to bring personality to the role.
