A Bit About What You Will Do

The Revenue Manager will initially work from Fairmont Windsor Park covering for 12 months while the current Manager is on maternity leave

following this it will move into our regional team as a Cluster Revenue team in Head Office overseeing a few properties from our portfolio. The role is responsible for maximising overall rooms revenue and performance at the Fairmont Windsor Park, with a strong influence towards MICE, Spa & Group strategy.

  • Regularly review and adjust accommodation rates, inventory, and volume controls to maximise revenue across all segments.
  • Ensures rate parity with third-party distribution sites and manages relationships with market managers to maintain market share.
  • Collaborates with departments (MICE, Reservations, Front Desk, Spa, F&B) to align strategies for revenue and occupancy growth.
  • Leads strategy meetings to set pricing and availability controls in line with budget, business needs, and market conditions.
  • Uses systems such as Opera, TARS, and IDEAS to manage revenue, forecasting, and reporting effectively.
  • Produces and analyses daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, taking action to optimise results.
  • Conducts competitive and displacement analyses to identify trends, revenue opportunities, and the impact of group business.
  • Prepares and monitors budgets, revenue plans, and forecasts with a target accuracy of ±3% of plan figures.
  • Maintains demand calendars, identifies peak and low-demand periods, and adjusts strategies accordingly.
  • Promotes a strong revenue management culture, supports team development, and ensures commercial objectives and profitability targets are achieved.

More About You

  • Previous major brand experience in revenue management in a 5 star / luxury environment is preferred
  • Team player with strong & positive interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
  • Willing to adapt and change styles as and when necessary
  • Ability to introduce change effectively
  • Commercial Approach, identify, and proactively pursue revenue maximisation for the hotel within the Revenue Management function for all revenue streams
