The Opportunity
Our client is one of the UK's leading live entertainment businesses, operating a diverse portfolio of theatres, venues and ticketing services. They are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join their commercial leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategy and driving revenue performance across a varied programme of live events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives on using data to influence decision-making, maximise revenue and improve audience attendance. Working closely with senior stakeholders across ticketing, programming, marketing and operations, you'll help optimise commercial performance while contributing to the development of innovative revenue management capabilities.
The Role
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for leading revenue optimisation strategies across a portfolio of live events and venues. You'll analyse sales performance, forecast demand and implement pricing strategies that maximise both revenue and attendance.
Alongside day-to-day pricing decisions, you'll lead the development and implementation of a new revenue management system, helping the organisation evolve its commercial decision-making through data-driven forecasting and dynamic pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Optimisation & Pricing
- Develop and deliver revenue optimisation strategies across a diverse programme of ticketed events.
- Analyse sales trends, customer demand and performance data to identify commercial opportunities.
- Recommend and implement pricing changes based on robust commercial analysis.
- Monitor pricing performance, evaluating its impact on revenue, ticket sales and attendance.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards and commercial insights for senior stakeholders.

Revenue Management Systems
- Lead the development and implementation of a new revenue management platform to improve forecasting and pricing capabilities.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful integration with existing ticketing and reporting systems.
- Define business requirements, testing processes and performance measures for the new system.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Ticketing, Programming, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure pricing strategies align with commercial objectives.
- Support discussions around event pricing, promotional activity and demand forecasting.
- Clearly communicate pricing decisions and commercial rationale to a range of stakeholders across the business.
Commercial Performance
- Drive growth in ticket revenue across multiple venues and events.
- Balance commercial returns with audience growth and attendance objectives.
- Identify wider revenue opportunities through customer behaviour, demand trends and market analysis.

About You
We're looking for an analytical and commercially driven professional who enjoys turning data into strategic decisions.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial analysis or forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within live entertainment, ticketing, hospitality, leisure, attractions or another demand-led consumer environment.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
Experience of developing or implementing revenue management systems, alongside knowledge of ticketing platforms, CRM systems or business intelligence tools, would be highly advantageous but isn't essential.
