Revenue Marketing Specialist – Regulatory Technology

Location: London

Based in London and reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing for Regulatory Technology, this critical role centers on driving demand generation and pipeline growth for Nasdaq’s surveillance and compliance solutions. You’ll partner closely with sales and business development to blend commercial insight into high-impact marketing campaigns. Ideal for a data-driven, commercially minded professional thriving at the nexus of marketing and sales in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and business development teams to design and execute marketing programmes that accelerate pipeline growth and support revenue targets.
  • Develop and optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns tailored to surveillance and compliance sectors across:
    • EMEA
    • The Americas
  • Build and manage demand generation initiatives, covering:
    • Targeting strategy
    • Lead nurturing
    • Performance reporting Directly tied to Nasdaq Surveillance portfolio objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing teams (content, product, events, digital) to create a seamless prospect experience.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics, including:
    • Lead generation and quality
    • Pipeline contribution
    • Business influence To optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies alongside sales, aligning initiatives with revenue goals.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Track record of designing and executing demand generation/ABM programmes in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using:
    • Marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua)
    • CRM tools (Salesforce, netSuite)
  • Clear communicator capable of synthesising insights across globally distributed, matrixed teams and external partners.
  • Comfort navigating multi-market execution (EMEA/Americas preferred).

Nice to Have

  • Familarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo, Tableau).
  • Prior global campaign management (cross EMEA/Americas).

About the Role

Hybrid flexibility: This London-based position offers a hybrid work model (hybrid-onsite, ~3 days/week in-office), subject to be adjusted based on business requirements.
