We are working in partnership with a leading Glasgow-based SaaS organisation to recruit an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth technology business where data, systems, and insights are central to commercial success. The organisation is investing in its revenue operations capability and is seeking an analytical, commercially minded professional who can ensure the business operates from accurate, trusted data while delivering meaningful reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting directly to the CRO, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing the company's Salesforce ecosystem, improving data quality, supporting sales and marketing performance, and providing leadership with a clear view of pipeline, forecasting, customer metrics, and revenue trends.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys combining technical CRM expertise with commercial analysis and who wants to make a tangible impact within a scaling SaaS environment.

The role

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's Salesforce instance remains clean, accurate, and effectively configured, while transforming commercial data into actionable insights and reporting.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership, you will provide reliable data and reporting that supports revenue growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. You will also own key commercial systems and integrations, helping create a single source of truth across the revenue-generating functions of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
