Enso Recruitment are excited to be working with an ambitious, fast-growing B2B SaaS organisation who are continuing to scale their commercial operations and are now looking to bring a Revenue Operations Analyst on board.
The Opportunity
This is a brilliant opportunity for a data-driven operator who enjoys working across teams, solving problems, and turning numbers into decisions.
- You'll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve processes, surface meaningful insights, and help build the foundations for sustainable, predictable growth.
It's a role with real variety and real influence. This is ideal for someone who likes to get stuck in, bring structure to complexity, and make a tangible commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting across key revenue metrics, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to identify friction points and implement scalable solutions
- Support the design and execution of GTM programmes, ensuring teams are aligned and equipped to operate effectively
- Define and continuously improve processes across the full customer lifecycle, from top of funnel through to post-sale
- Coordinate key business cadences including forecasting reviews and QBRs, maintaining visibility into performance across the business
- Maintain data hygiene standards to ensure accuracy and reliability across all revenue reporting
- Document frameworks and share learnings to build institutional knowledge across the team

About You
- 3+ years' experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including configuration to support reporting and workflow needs
- Familiarity with revenue operations tools such as Gong, Sales Intel, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Confident communicating complex data clearly to senior stakeholders
- A natural collaborator who can manage multiple priorities across teams simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you're expected to bring the structure rather than wait for it
- Enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to work smarter and surface deeper insights
