Enso Recruitment are excited to be working with an ambitious, fast-growing B2B SaaS organisation who are continuing to scale their commercial operations and are now looking to bring a Revenue Operations Analyst on board.

• You'll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve processes, surface meaningful insights, and help build the foundations for sustainable, predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting across key revenue metrics, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to identify friction points and implement scalable solutions
• Support the design and execution of GTM programmes, ensuring teams are aligned and equipped to operate effectively
• Define and continuously improve processes across the full customer lifecycle, from top of funnel through to post-sale
• Coordinate key business cadences including forecasting reviews and QBRs, maintaining visibility into performance across the business
• Maintain data hygiene standards to ensure accuracy and reliability across all revenue reporting
• Document frameworks and share learnings to build institutional knowledge across the team
