The Opportunity

Ready to turn strategy into action and drive meaningful impact across a growing business?

As our Revenue Operations Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing EF Corporate Learning's revenue strategy to life. You'll be the connector between vision and execution—ensuring that revenue-driving initiatives don't just launch, but are understood, adopted, and embedded into the way our teams work every day.

This is an opportunity to shape how we scale, empower sales leaders with clarity and confidence, and create a more consistent, high-performing customer journey across every region.

Your work will directly influence:

  • Accelerating new business productivity
  • Driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Creating a seamless, high-quality customer experience across the entire lifecycle
  • Building consistency, focus, and operational excellence across the revenue organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Support adoption of RevOps initiatives (processes, tools, cadence)
  • Manage projects from planning through implementation and follow up
  • Track progress, remove obstacles and keep momentum high
  • Create clear communication materials and messaging
  • Support on playbooks, guides and templates deployment
  • Support execution reviews and ensure accountability for outcomes
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and frontline teams to use for continuous improvement of communication, content, and processes

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you'll make a measurable difference by:

  • Driving strong adoption of Revenue Operations processes and tools
  • Enabling faster, smoother rollout of strategic initiatives
  • Creating clear, actionable communication that empowers teams to perform at their best
  • Helping sales leaders focus on what matters most and execute with confidence

What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach that builds trust and influence
  • Strong ownership, reliability, and bias for action
  • Structured, detail-oriented execution with excellent follow-through
  • The ability to coordinate multiple initiatives while maintaining momentum
  • A strong understanding of how operational excellence drives sales performance and customer outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement, or a related field
  • Proven experience creating enablement content and supporting business execution
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience partnering with sales teams and frontline leaders
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
