Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Governance Director to join our Global Revenue Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What You’ll Own
This role leads the Revenue Governance function within Global Revenue Operations and protects revenue integrity through reporting, analytics, compliance, SOX, audit and quality assurance. You’ll shape and operate the global control environment that protects revenue integrity end-to-end, ensure processes stay compliant, auditable and insight driven, and work alongside Revenue Assurance to embed strong governance, robust controls and trusted reporting across all revenue operations while minimising risk and preventing revenue leakage.
- Define and operate the global revenue governance framework, including policies, standards and control structures, ensuring consistent application across billing, pricing, AR, collections and partner operations
- Lead global reporting and analytics for revenue operations, providing standardised, trusted insights across revenue performance, billing accuracy, collections and operational KPIs
- Maintain a single source of truth across systems and regions, uphold strong data governance and data quality standards, and translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Own SOX compliance across revenue operations, including control design, documentation and execution, leading testing cycles and remediating deficiencies in partnership with Finance and Internal Audit
- Maintain continuous audit readiness and act as the primary interface for internal and external audits relating to revenue operations
- Establish a proactive risk management framework to identify, prioritise and resolve revenue, operational and compliance risks, driving accountability across global teams
- Design and lead a global quality assurance programme across billing, pricing, partner payments and collections, providing independent validation of execution quality
- Leverage QA data to provide meaningful insights to Revenue Assurance and Transformation Teams
- Embed governance into day-to-day operations across Pricing & Billing, Partner Operations, AR & Collections, and into system design across CRM, CPQ and ERP platforms
- Build and lead a high-performing global team across reporting and analytics, SOX and compliance, audit and risk, and QA, developing capabilities, standards and career pathways

What You’ll Bring
You set and enforce control at scale while enabling the business to operate efficiently and confidently.
- Extensive experience in revenue operations, finance operations or governance environments
- Deep expertise in SOX, internal controls and audit management
- Strong background in reporting, analytics and data governance
- End to end understanding of revenue lifecycle
- Proven ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong influencing capability across senior stakeholders
- Structured, detail-oriented and risk-aware approach

- Experience in complex or scaled global organisations
- Exposure to systems such as Salesforce, CPQ and ERP platforms
- Professional qualifications in finance or audit (e.g. ACA, CPA)
