Transform Data into Commercial Growth

Position: Revenue Operations & Insights Manager

Location: Remote (UK only)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insight? Do you thrive on improving performance through analytics, reporting, and operational excellence?

We're seeking an experienced Revenue Operations & Insights Manager to drive data-led decision-making across our organisation. This role will ensure our customer and revenue data is trusted, actionable, and delivers measurable commercial impact by bridging Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who blends technical capability with commercial acumen and enjoys leveraging data to shape strategic decisions. If this resonates with your expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Data Governance & Quality

  • Own Salesforce data quality, integrity, and governance for customer, lead, contact, and opportunity records
  • Establish standards, controls, and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and GDPR compliance
  • Implement data hygiene, validation, and deduplication practices
  • Drive best practice in CRM usage, data management, and adoption

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
