Revenue Operations Lead, Sales Technology
Senior Revenue Technology &Sales Systems Manager
We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game-changing.
With over 150,000 customers across four countries, our platforms now handle billions in transactions annually. But this is just the beginning.
Our people are everything. They’re our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional talent, giving them autonomy, trust, and ownership—results follow naturally.
The Role
As Dojo expands globally, goes upmarket, and formalises a central Revenue Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE) in 2026, our systems landscape will become far more complex. Currently, managing configuration, evaluation, and roll-out of commercial tools is scattered across multiple teams, causing inefficiency and slowing us down.
We need a strategic owner to design and implement a comprehensive sales technology and data roadmap, including cutting-edge AI tools. This is a critical hire—built from the ground up—to ensure scalability, consistency, and operational excellence across all revenue channels. In partnership with Enterprise Tech & Data, you’ll act as the single accountable leader for commercial tools, making sure our systems empower our go-to-market teams to sell faster and smarter.
What You Will Do
- Define and implement a sales technology stack aligned with Dojo’s sales strategy across all channels and international markets, in partnership with Revenue Leaders and the Customer Lifecycle Team.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Technology and business stakeholders to identify commercial requirements and roadmaps for Salesforce and related platforms.
- Standardise our sales technology usage across markets to remove friction and build scalable, data-driven revenue capabilities.
- Act as the central accountability owner for evaluating, deploying, and optimising next-gen AI commercial tools in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Develop a robust data strategy, ensuring high-quality governance and driving insights into action in partnership with Enterprise Tech & Data.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Enablement, and Product—bridging business needs with technical execution.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, remove obstacles, and improve system processes to drive maximal productivity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
