Revenue Operations Lead, UK
Who We Are
80% of the workers across the globe are Deskless. These are the people who keep our lights on and gas flowing, build roads and bridges, run our manufacturing factories, ensure healthcare services, and provide phone and internet connectivity. As entrepreneurs, have we considered solving their problems and making them more productive?
Zinier is a company on a mission to empower frontline workers—and the people supporting them—to achieve greater things for themselves and the world. With technology equity as a core focus, Zinier aims to improve the lives and productivity of deskless workers who keep the world running.
We are a remote-first, global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, with a hybrid workforce across the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Singapore, and Bangalore, India. Our investors include Accel, ICONIQ Capital, Founders Fund, Newfund Capital, NGP Capital, Tiger Global Management, and Qualcomm Ventures LLC.
What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a strategic operator—someone who can build and scale our Revenue Strategy & Operations function while staying hands-on with execution. This role is at the heart of our go-to-market (GTM) engine, driving alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Channels to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
