Revenue Operations Manager
You've scaled a CRM before. You know what breaks when a startup goes from 50 to 500 deals in a pipeline. Now do it for a company that's actually changing an industry. π LEGALFLY is a pioneering legal AI platform offering an end-to-end solution that is transforming the legal industry: π Exceptional product-market fit: Our advanced and intuitive legal AI solutions have rapidly gained traction in the market. LEGALFLY is trusted by leading European Enterprises and law firms, and we have strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Microsoft. π Hyper-growth: Following our successful Series A funding round of 15 million EUR, LEGALFLY is experiencing rapid growth. Backed by top investors, including Tier 1 VC funds. π₯ World-class team: LEGALFLY was founded by four tech veterans, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise to drive innovation. π Unmatched security: We are setting the global standard for responsible legal AI with unrivalled security measures. LEGALFLY ensures that sensitive client data never leaves the company's premises through on-premise anonymisation. π Global expansion: Our recent funding will support our expansion across the globe. We are extending our platform to key jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Belgium, UAE and DACH region, driving the digital transformation of legal services globally. Join us at LEGALFLY and be a part of our mission to revolutionise the legal industry with cutting-edge AI technology. Key responsibilities: Own HubSpot end-to-end: pipelines, workflows, properties, data quality, reporting, and dashboards. You are the person who keeps the GTM engine running and makes it scale. Build and maintain the automations that power our sales, expansion, onboarding and churn prevention processes as we grow past Series A. Ensure data integrity across the full customer lifecycle: enrichment, hygiene, deduplication, source tracking. Data is everything and you treat it that way. Manage lead routing infrastructure: Chili Piper. Manage outbound tooling: Amplemarket and Salesfinity. Manage data enrichment flows: n8n. Build dashboards and reports that leadership and GTM teams use to make decisions: not vanity metrics, real ones. Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for our sales and ops toolstack. Work closely with our BizOps team to turn strategic projects into operational reality inside our systems. You might be a good fit if you: Have 1 to 4 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Operations: ideally at a B2B SaaS startup. Have specifically scaled a HubSpot instance before: you know the workflows, the gotchas, and how to keep data clean as things get messy. Can build AI-powered automations: not just use AI tools, but actually create workflows with tools like n8n, Claude, or similar. Are obsessively detail-oriented about data quality, workflow edge cases, and system reliability. Have a "figure it out" mentality: you don't wait for instructions, you find the answer and ship it. Have worked in a startup before and know what it means to wear multiple hats. Nice to have: Experience with Amplemarket, Salesfinity, Chili Piper, or OneFlow. Vendor negotiation experience: tools, contracts, pricing. Familiarity with n8n, Claude Code, or similar automation and AI building tools. Our offer π A position with impact: Join a fast-growing tech scale-up with an innovative culture and tremendous market opportunity. π° A fully optimised & competitive remuneration package. π Equity compensation in the form of ESOP. π» Top-class equipment to thrive: Including Macbook and Widescreen 34' monitor. π₯ Investment in your well-being: top-notch health, hospital & dental insurance and a pension plan π‘ Hybrid work policy: office days are Mondays, Tuesdays and one additional day of your choice. Remote work is possible two days a week. π’ Beautiful, light-filled office in the heart of London (Fitzrovia). π½οΈ Free lunch on office days. π Monthly team activities & yearly team retreat. Have we sparked your interest? Letβs get in touch & join the AI Revolution! π

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
