About the role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager with a focus on marketing to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role you will play a key part in optimizing how Xensam generates sales pipeline. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Data, and Technology, you'll build the processes, automations, and insights that enable our go-to-market teams to work smarter and scale faster.
This is a hands-on role where you'll partner closely with Marketing, BDR, Sales, Product, and Finance to improve top-of-funnel performance. You'll own projects from idea to implementation, ensuring our CRM, marketing operations, reporting, and automation capabilities continue to evolve as the business grows. If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, working with data, and building scalable systems that directly impact revenue, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
- Design and improve marketing and revenue operations processes across the customer acquisition funnel.
- Optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automations, integrations, and new feature implementations.
- Build and maintain marketing automations that improve lead management, routing, attribution, and campaign execution.
- Ensure CRM data quality through scalable processes and governance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into pipeline performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with Marketing, BDR, Sales, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvements and alignment.
- Drive cross-functional Revenue Operations projects from planning through implementation and launch.
- Explore and implement AI-powered workflows and automation to improve productivity across the GTM organization.
- Document processes, define metrics, and continuously improve how the business measures success.
Qualifications
- Around 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or related roles such as Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards in HubSpot or similar BI tools.
- Experience working with CRM processes, lead management, attribution, data quality, and integrations.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
- Curious about AI and automation, with an interest in improving processes through new technology.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
