Job Description

Are you ready to shape how renewable energy assets maximise their value in a fast-changing energy market – influencing strategy, performance, and commercial success across a growing portfolio? This is your chance to combine market expertise, leadership, and innovation to make a real impact.

At EDF power solutions, we’re delivering an Electric UK and Ireland.

As Revenue Optimisation Manager, you’ll lead how our wind, solar, and battery assets perform in the market which will drive long-term revenue, improving operational strategies, and unlocking new commercial opportunities that support a net zero future.

The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of revenue optimisation across a diverse renewable portfolio, helping us maximise performance today while shaping future strategy. You’ll work at the intersection of market insight, asset performance, and commercial delivery. You will lead innovation, improving outcomes and influencing key decisions across the business.

Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, you’ll have flexibility to work across either our London, Edinburgh, or Durham offices on a hybrid basis, typically with time split between home and office working. You’ll also travel to other UK sites when required, building strong connections across our operations.

You’ll lead a team focused on driving performance & optimisation and seek out new market opportunities. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including National Grid ESO and trading partners. This is an opportunity to help scale our portfolio from 2GW to 10GW by 2035 and play a key role in delivering sustainable growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
