Department: Revenue
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Benefits: Benefits at Ideagen
Salary: To be discussed at next stage
The best GTM tech stack in the world is useless if nobody uses it properly.
At Ideagen, we're investing heavily in the systems that power our commercial organisation. Salesforce, CPQ, forecasting, sales engagement, automation, AI and more. But technology doesn't create outcomes. Adoption does. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Revenue Systems Enablement Partner to be the conduit between the people building our revenue systems and the people relying on them every day. You'll be the person who ensures our sales teams don't just have access to great technology, but actually understand it, use it and get value from it. Bringing complexity into clarity and make systems stick which enables revenue teams to perform at their best.
Responsibilities
You'll sit at the heart of our Revenue Operations organisation, partnering closely with RevTech, Enablement and commercial leaders across the globe. Here's some of what you can get stuck into:
- Own onboarding and system enablement across our GTM technology stack
- Build training, documentation and self-service resources people actually want to use
- Drive adoption of Salesforce, CPQ, sales engagement and forecasting tools
- Ensure new starters become system-confident, quickly
- Prepare the business for system releases, changes and new functionality
- Use adoption data to identify friction, coaching opportunities and process improvements
- Act as the first line of support for system usage questions
- Reduce reliance on tribal knowledge by documenting critical workflows and processes
- Help our commercial teams embrace AI-powered ways of working

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
