Job Title: Revenues and Benefits Administration Officer
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Hereford (Hybrid)
Salary: Hoople Band B £24,613 per annum
Contract: Permanent

The Administration Team are the heart of the department and provide crucial support to our Housing Benefit, Council Tax, Business Rates and Revenues teams and you will be responsible for the essential support of opening and distributing incoming post, scanning and indexing documents to the relevant departments, ensuring prompt despatch of outgoing post along with the provisions of administration support, data inputting for projects, and dealing with our customers on the telephone.
In a continuing changing environment you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that promotes and sustains improved working practices and assists in our future challenges.
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals who are willing to deliver high standards and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

You will need to have excellent written and oral skills with the ability to be flexible to the changing needs of the service.
