As we continue to bring to life award-winning venues and experiences our EMEA Practice is looking for a Revit Content Manager and Training Lead based in our Putney studio.
About the Role
This role sits within our BIM team. This hybrid role will focus on the creation, management, and standardisation of Revit content while also leading training initiatives to elevate Revit proficiency across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in BIM workflows, content creation best practices, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others in the use of Revit.
Key responsibilities include:
Revit content management
- Develop, maintain, and organise a centralised Revit content library, including families, templates, annotations, and detail components.
- Creation of bespoke, complex project content to support unique design requirements, advanced workflows, or project-specific detailing needs.
- Ensure content complies with internal standards, industry best practices, and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to assess content needs and develop solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinators to update and refine content based on feedback and evolving project needs.
- Establish and enforce content version control and quality assurance workflows.
- Stay informed of Revit software updates and leverage new features to enhance content efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing in Revit content standards and development practices.

Revit Training Development & Delivery
- Design and deliver structured Revit training programs for users of all skill levels (introductory to advanced).
- Create and maintain Revit training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, exercises, and internal knowledge base articles.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching tailored to team roles and project types.
- Onboard new starters with focused training to ensure smooth integration into existing BIM workflows.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and ongoing user feedback.
- Maintain alignment of training with evolving standards, tools, and project delivery methods.
Key requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related design field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including family creation, template setup, and project standards.
- Experience of writing and delivering training courses, and of providing 1-2-1 support
- Understanding of ISO 19650 Building Information Modelling including principles such as Level of Information Need.
- Experience working with classification systems such as Uniclass 2015 beneficial but not essential.
- Experience working with COBie beneficial but not essential.
- Experience using content management platforms such as Avail beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with Dynamo or other automation tools is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
