Our success is defined by designing projects that are seen as the benchmark. We are committed to future innovation, anticipating and shaping the future of our industries.

Our team is made up of highly talented people with a range of skills, all integral to successfully bringing to life the places and experiences we design. As our company has grown, our expertise has expanded to encompass a wide variety of disciplines – including architecture, audiovisual consultancy, brand activation, design & build, events, food & beverage strategy, interior design, landscape architecture, urban design and wayfinding.

This varied expertise enables us to transform neighbourhoods, revitalise cities, build relationships and create buildings, places and spaces that draw people together, from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to The Co-op Live Arena [https://emperia.digital/getty/populous/index.html].

As we continue to bring to life award-winning venues and experiences our EMEA Practice is looking for a Revit Content Manager and Training Lead based in our Putney studio.

  • Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to assess content needs and develop solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinators to update and refine content based on feedback and evolving project needs.
  • Establish and enforce content version control and quality assurance workflows.
  • Stay informed of Revit software updates and leverage new features to enhance content efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing in Revit content standards and development practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
