Anderson Green Ltd is a leading privately owned Building Services Consultancy and we have a permanent vacancy for an experienced Revit Technician based within our Nottingham or Leeds Offices.

Within This Role You Will Have The Opportunity To

The Role

The successful candidate will provide technical support working collaboratively in a multi-discipline team consisting of Building Services Designers, Building Physicist and Document Controllers on a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fully coordinated design for installation purposes, RIBA stages 0 to 5.

Duties Will Include

  • Collaborate with Building Service Engineers to produce coordinated drawings
  • Delivery of projects working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Co-ordination of Building Services using REVIT MEP
  • Create and amending MEP Families, Objects, Tags, Annotations
  • Create legends, schedules and templates
  • Amend drawings in both Revit MEP & AutoCAD
  • Meet the requirements of projects within specified time frames
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current industry regulatory and design standards
  • Give guidance to junior staff and apprentices
  • Follow BIM Protocols
  • Liaise professionally with clients, professional teams, contractors and staff of all levels

Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Proficient operator of Revit MEP CAD/AutoCAD packages and associated computer software
  • Ideally you will have a background within the MEP industry or experience in a similar role
  • Great eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties
  • Organised and able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales
  • Be a team player, but able to operate independently
  • Ideally ONC/HNC in relevant discipline
