About The Role

As we continue scaling, we are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to partner with our CCO and Commercial teams to drive efficiency, alignment, and growth across the entire revenue engine.

The RevOps Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising processes, systems, and data that support Enfuce’s commercial success. Acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, this role ensures that our go-to-market teams are aligned, efficient, and empowered with actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable execution.

What You'll Be Doing

Revenue Strategy & Planning

  • Support the CCO and CMO in developing and executing revenue strategy, including forecasting, territory design, pipeline management and annual planning.
  • Define and monitor key metrics (ARR, MRR, pipeline coverage, churn, expansion) to ensure growth targets are met.

Pipeline Health & Forecasting

  • Reliable forecasting models, in the context of multistakeholders, long sales cycles.
  • Drive CRM data accuracy, timely and actionable.

Commercial Enablement & Revenue Analytics

  • Equip sales with the right tooling, collateral and insights to drive conversion improvements.
  • Work with the pricing analyst to standardise pricing bundles per vertical and contract processes.
  • Track KPIs, CAC, win rate, pipeline coverage and upsell (product utilisation) to the existing portfolio.
  • Identify time sensitivity in the pipeline and focus on how we improve stagnation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
