Reward Administrator
Reward Administrator – Fixed-Term Contract
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working with confidential data? We’re seeking a Reward Administrator to join our Global Reward & Policy team on a fixed-term contract until 31st January 2027. This opportunity allows you to centralise your skills in reward services, benefits, and core people processes, ensuring seamless operations across the business.
About the Role
As part of the Reward Operations Team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across a broad range of reward activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing queries via ServiceNow, Outlook, and the E-Cars inbox
- Running weekly and monthly reports
- Supporting the Perks and E-Cars schemes
- Processing invoices
- Updating the People Calendar
- Ensuring Reward SharePoint content remains accurate, up-to-date, and relevant
- Maintaining medical and dental membership lists
- Assisting with quarterly bonus reviews
- Supporting the annual Reward Options programme

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a reward administrative expert, supporting accurate and timely reward processes.
- Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring colleagues understand and access their benefits and rewards efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and compensation-related data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and process accuracy.
- Support global reward programmes, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and payroll-related activities.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in HR or a process-driven environment, ideally with knowledge of rewards, payroll, or data analysis.
- Strong excel proficiency and experience working with detailed numerical or administrative data.
- Attention to detail along with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Confidence in handling confidential information and improving team efficiency.
- The ability to thrive in a proactive, fast-paced environment and deliver an outstanding service.
- A commitment to continuous learning in benefits administration.
