Please Join Us In Putney As REWARD ADVISOR
You will be a trusted Compensation & Benefits partner, providing expert advice and support across the full reward agenda for the UK market. You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and communicating reward initiatives, including compensation, benefits, private medical schemes, organisational design, international assignments, and reward policies. You will also lead benchmarking and competitor analysis, position evaluations, gender pay reporting, payroll and pension-related activities, financial well-being programs, external surveys, and reward communications, ensuring competitive and effective reward practices across the business.
Position
As a Reward Advisor, you will:
- Partner with the business to provide expert advice and support across compensation, benefits, reward policies, and broader C&B initiatives
- Manage and deliver key reward activities, including salary and bonus reviews, job evaluations, benchmarking, competitor analysis, and external surveys
- Develop insights and recommendations to ensure JTI UK's reward and benefits offerings remain competitive and aligned with employee needs
- Lead employee benefits administration and communication, driving awareness, engagement, and utilisation of available programs
- Manage Gender Pay Gap reporting, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with HMRC requirements and deadlines
- Oversee the Private Medical Scheme, including annual renewals, governance activities, administration, member support, and vendor management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party brokers, benefits providers, pension trustees, and other external partners
- Support with international assignee activity including immigration compliance by coordinating work permits, visa applications, business visitor requirements, and annual permit reviews
- Review, develop, and communicate UK employment and reward policies while championing internal communications that strengthen JTI’s employer brand and employee experience.

Requirements
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent); CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards one preferred
- Hay Job Evaluation certification would be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a related advisory role
- Working knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, with Reward and/or Organisation Design experience highly advantageous
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience managing multiple processes and priorities with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business and with external providers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with SAP HR or similar HR systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain policies, reward programs, and complex information clearly and effectively
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
