Location: Wakefield, Yorkshire, WF2 7UA

We are looking to recruit a Reward Analyst to join our fantastic team based in Wakefield. The Reward Analyst will deliver the Miller Homes’ reward strategy through accurate reporting, analysis and administration of reward programmes. The role provides insight that will support pay, bonus and benefits decisions, ensuring data integrity, governance and an excellent colleague experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver annual reward activities including salary reviews, bonus processes and gender pay gap reporting.
- Analyse pay, bonus and benefits data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Develop and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and insight.
- Provide reward data and analysis to HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a Reward Analyst, HR Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong experience producing HR or reward reports and dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong reporting and analytical capability.
- Analytical, proactive and curious.
