Based in Cheadle, Cheshire, our 900 colleagues help our customers throughout the UK, backed by the power of a £7 billion loan book. ––––––––––––– Job Description As a Reward and EVP Partner, you will support the design, delivery, and day‑to‑day operation of Together's reward, recognition, and benefits programmes. Operating within a regulated financial services environment, you will ensure all reward activities are compliant, market‑competitive, and aligned to the company's strategy, regulatory expectations (FCA/PRA), and internal governance standards. As a Reward and EVP Partner, we are looking for someone to: Support the delivery of annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus awards, and promotions, ensuring accurate data, consistent policy application, and strong audit governance Maintain and update reward policies, job architecture, pay frameworks, and benefits documentation in line with regulatory and market requirements Conduct job evaluations using the company's chosen methodology (Willis Towers Watson) and support market benchmarking activity to ensure roles remain competitive within the financial services sector Administer employee benefits (pension, healthcare, salary sacrifice schemes, wellbeing offerings), overseeing provider data, monthly submissions, and changes for joiners and leavers Ensure reward practices comply with FCA and PRA remuneration rules, including Material Risk Takers (MRTs), deferrals, malus, and clawback provisions Produce reward reports and dashboards, including gender pay gap analyses, pay benchmarking, bonus outcomes, and cost modelling; support Finance with payroll reconciliation and budgeting cycles Provide guidance to managers and HR colleagues on reward policy, pay decisions, and compensation structures; support internal communications on reward and benefits offerings Identify and recommend enhancements to reward processes, tools, and systems, and contribute to reward projects such as system implementations or job architecture refreshes Qualifications Essential Experience in reward or HR analytical roles, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment Strong understanding of reward practices, pay structures, job evaluation, and benefits administration High level of analytical ability with strong skills in Excel, data modelling, and reporting Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity Desirable Experience with Cascade If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
