Reward Associate

Permanent | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | South East England

Are you looking to build your career in Reward and HR Systems within a global organisation? We're partnering with an innovative international business to recruit a Reward Associate to join its EMEA People team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR systems, reward administration or HR operations who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders across multiple countries. You'll play a key role in supporting compensation, benefits and HR technology across the EMEA region while gaining exposure to a broad range of reward and HR projects.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative Reward team, you'll support the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems and reward processes across multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing HR systems and responding to employee and stakeholder queries
  • Supporting annual salary review and bonus processes
  • Maintaining organisational structures, positions and pay data within the HRIS
  • Producing reports, audits and data analysis to ensure data accuracy
  • Supporting system administration across multiple HR modules, including Employee Central, Performance, Recruitment and Compensation
  • Creating user guides and delivering system training to employees
  • Supporting benefits administration, working with external providers and assisting with annual renewals
  • Producing employee benefit communications and delivering new starter benefit presentations
  • Participating in salary benchmarking and reward surveys
  • Supporting Reward, HR and wider business projects across the EMEA region

You'll Ideally Have:

  • Experience supporting HR systems or HR administration within a commercial environment
  • Exposure to reward, compensation, benefits or HR operations
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Experience producing reports and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting multiple countries or working within an international business would be advantageous
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors or another HRIS is desirable
