Reward Associate, EMEA

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles within the EMEA region
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret salary data and market trends
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with reward programs in a multinational or healthcare organization
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations across different EMEA countries

Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, reward, or HR analytics roles within the EMEA region
