Reward Co-ordinator

Are you an organised, detail-focused Reward professional who enjoys helping colleagues understand and access great benefits? We’re looking for a Reward Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our reward and benefits offering, helping to attract, engage and motivate colleagues while ensuring processes are accurate, consistent and well communicated.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage reward queries
- Support benefits administration
- Maintain colleague data
- Assist with salary benchmarking and job evaluation
- Help deliver clear communications across our reward programmes
- Play an important part in supporting annual pay and bonus cycles, salary surveys, invoicing, budget tracking and process documentation

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Reward or HR with a reward focus
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data
You’ll be a clear communicator, comfortable managing competing priorities and keen to stay informed about the external reward landscape.

The Reward Co-ordinator will support the Reward team in the delivery of the Reward offering to attract, engage, and motivate colleagues while remaining consistent with our values. This role will also be outward-looking, focusing on colleague experience, proactive communication, and supporting colleagues with their queries.
