Reward Manager 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | South East England
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Manager to join the People team of a global organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for a Reward Manager or a Reward Specialist looking to move into a bigger role, with strong experience across compensation, benefits and HR systems who enjoys partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries. You'll support the delivery of reward programmes across the EMEA region while playing a key role in maintaining HR systems, producing reporting and supporting strategic reward initiatives.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of compensation, benefits and HR systems across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of compensation and benefits programmes across multiple European countries
- Maintaining and administering HR systems, including SuccessFactors and associated HR platforms
- Responding to employee and stakeholder queries and providing system guidance and training
- Producing HR and reward reporting for the People Team and wider business
- Maintaining regional organisational charts and employee data
- Supporting senior reward governance activities, including committee reporting
- Working closely with HR Business Partners to support reward policies and procedures
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects across Reward and the wider People function

About You
We're looking for an experienced Reward or Compensation & Benefits professional who combines strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations within a commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors
- Experience supporting salary reviews, reward processes and employee benefits
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple countries or within an international organisation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train end users
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders
- Previous experience within a matrix organisation would be advantageous
