We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Reward Manager to join our high-performing team. This role offers a striking opportunity to shape and deliver a best-in-class reward offering supporting executive-level decision-making and business growth.

You’ll operate at the heart of Reward, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and steering key initiatives from the annual reward cycle to innovative AI and data-driven strategies. Your impact will be high-profile, making a tangible difference across the organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Reward, you’ll oversee the full reward lifecycle, delivering key programmes and outcomes with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead year-end regulatory disclosures and reporting, ensuring full compliance
  • Support the Remuneration Committee in preparing high-impact documents
  • Factor into the annual bonus and pay review cycle, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure fairness and rigour
  • Serve as an expert for bonus deferrals and long-term incentive plans (LTIPs)
  • Leverage and enhance our Reward Strategy, making it a robust alignment with business objectives and culture
  • Own and deliver project plans end-to-end within the reward function
  • Provide strategic compensation advice to the business on job architecture, benchmarking, benefits, and job evaluations
  • Improving communications and stakeholder relationships to elevate the Reward function’s profile impact
  • Pilot data, analytics, and AI innovation as applied to improving the Reward function’s impact

About You

We’re looking for a seasoned Reward professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment that values both strategic depth and hands-on execution.

Required Experience & Qualities

  • Proven expertise in Reward, with a solid background in compensation within a regulated sector
  • Sharp understanding of reward frameworks, regulatory landscapes, and market standards
  • Skilled in analysis using data to derive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and working with complex datasets
  • Superior stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively at senior levels
  • Organisational prowess with exceptional project management capabilities
  • High ethical integrity
  • Proactive with a solutions-focused mindset, matched with energy and drive
  • Experience in pay benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay equity analysis
