Reward Manager
Reward Manager – Titan Wealth
Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business operating in the UK and internationally. We deliver fairer, more efficient advice-led wealth management services, empowering financial advisers and their clients to achieve their dreams and ambitions. Our dynamic work environment fosters individual and team-driven contributions, driving long-term success for employees and clients alike.
As a PE-backed wealth-management group, Titan Wealth has grown rapidly through acquisition. Operating across multiple entities with varied reward structures, you’ll shape a mature reward function from a current ambiguous state—prioritising ruthlessly, advising senior stakeholders confidently, and adapting to shifting priorities due to acquisitions.
Key to your role: hybrid working (2–3 days/week at Wigmore Street, London, W1U), balancing strategic oversight with urgent transactional support.
Key Responsibilities
Adviser & Sales Commission Schemes
- Own day-to-day administration and governance of adviser commission/incentive schemes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and punctuality.
- Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to model, calculate, and update scheme outcomes, aligning with evolving populations and schemes.
- Draft and maintain scheme rules, KPIs, and associated documentation, ensuring FCA Remuneration Code compliance (including deferrals, clawbacks, and conflicts of interest).
- Support KPI design and dashboard development, preparing quarterly reviews under new schemes.
- Lead end-to-end bonus schemes timelines, including governance, cross-functional KPI meetings, Finance reconciliation, and stakeholder queries.
- Manage the bonus master sheet as the single source of truth across Finance, HR, and business (handling transitions, leavers, joiners).
- Recalibrate schemes annually; resolve adviser manager disputes to protect engagement and retention.
- Provide reward input for advisory hire, sign-ons, book transfers, and retention for senior sign-off.
Salary Benchmarking & Job Grading
- Run pay-consistency benchmarks using surveys (WTW, Mercer, McLagan etc.), resolving outliers.
- Maintain salary structure bands and ranges by level; drive a standardised job-grading framework.
- Standardise job titles across all entities as the business evolves.
- Conduct annual salary reviews, pay-equity analysis (gender, ethnicity), and private/statutory pay-gap reporting.
- Coordinate the annual bonus cycle, aligning with the performance process via governance documentation, Finance reconciliation, communications, and payroll integration.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
