Reward Manager
Reward Manager
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: £65k + Bonus
Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Reward Manager into its established and high-performing people function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business recognised for its collaborative culture, strong growth trajectory, and continued investment in its people agenda.
Operating across a complex and professional workforce, the organisation is committed to delivering a market-leading employee experience, with reward playing a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent.
Reporting into the senior Reward leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering reward initiatives across the business. Working closely with HR leaders and senior stakeholders, you will provide expert reward advice, while helping to design, implement, and continuously improve compensation frameworks, salary review processes, and reward programmes.
This is a broad and highly visible role, offering exposure to both strategic reward projects and day-to-day advisory activity within a sophisticated and evolving environment.

Developing reward analytics and insight to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement

Partnering with HR teams and business leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation, reward, and recognition matters

Supporting the development and implementation of reward strategies aligned with wider business objectives

Managing and delivering reward-related projects, identifying opportunities to improve policies, processes, and ways of working

Collaborating with colleagues across HR, Shared Services, HR Systems, and other Centres of Excellence to enhance the employee experience

Producing meaningful reward communications to help employees and managers better understand the organisation's reward proposition

Championing fairness, transparency, and inclusion across all aspects of reward
-
Ensuring reward practices remain compliant with relevant legislation, governance requirements, and industry best practice
Requirements
The successful candidate will bring:

Previous experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
-
Strong knowledge of:
- Salary benchmarking
- Reward frameworks
- Job evaluation methodologies

Advanced analytical capability and experience using:
- Excel for modelling and data analysis
-
Experience managing stakeholders across a complex organisation
-
Strong project management and organisational skills

Experience using reward and HR systems, with Workday experience advantageous

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders

CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be beneficial
