Bring your energy to Aggreko as Rewards Manager
You’ll play a key role in partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our reward programmes are effectively embedded across all regions, supporting organisational objectives while maintaining compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do As a Reward Manager
- Work closely with the Head of Reward to lead and deploy reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with the regions on the annual reward cycles (annual bonus, salary review, sales incentive and recognition plans).
- Partner with People Partners and Group Finance as a trusted advisor on reward related matters globally.
- Conduct pay benchmarking across 60+ countries to ensure Aggreko is a competitive player in the market.
- Manage communication and education programmes to ensure managers and employees understand the total rewards package.
- Analyse compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience
- Proven Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills.
- Experience running salary and bonus reviews in Workday or similar HRIS.
- Extensive experience of job matching, inputting into salary surveys and benchmarking salaries.
- Proven experience of analysing large volumes of data, identifying trends and translating into key messages which are understood by stakeholders.
- A focus on strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
