Reward Manager – Elevate Compensation Strategies Across the Region

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience in reward management, total compensation, or remuneration roles within a complex, multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of EMEA compensation practices, employment laws, and benefit trends
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic reward solutions
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at senior levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with reward systems and tools used across the EMEA region
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking practices and equity-based reward schemes
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced, global organizations or consulting environments

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in compensation and benefits are advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reward or compensation management, ideally within a multinational organization
