Reward Manager
About Titan Wealth
Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business operating both in the UK and internationally. It has evolved a fairer, more efficient, and effective business model to deliver leading adviser-led wealth management services, enabling financial advisers and their clients to realise their dreams and ambitions.
We provide a dynamic work environment brimming with opportunity. Here, individual and team initiative is encouraged and valued, helping us deliver better long-term outcomes for our clients.
Company Overview
Titan Wealth is a private equity-backed (PE) wealth-management group, known for rapid growth via acquisition. The business operates across multiple entities, each with independently developed reward structures, compensation frameworks, and benefits arrangements—many of which have never been formally reviewed or benchmarked.
The Reward Manager will work closely with the Group HR Director, Finance, and senior business leaders to:
- Apply structure, consistency, and control to the group’s pay, bonus, benefit, and adviser-incentive arrangements.
- Establish a uniform reward framework for existing acquisitions.
The Role
This is a build role for someone shaping a reward function yet to reach its full maturity. As such, the postholder must:
- Confront ambiguity with confidence.
- Prioritise ruthlessly when data is scarce.
- Deliver recommendations to senior stakeholders before all information is in hand, and when priorities shift rapidly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
