Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we know that a great reward strategy is key to attracting, retaining, and motivating exceptional talent. We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Reward Manager to join our UK&I Reward team and play a pivotal role in shaping our reward agenda across Northern Europe.
In this role, you'll partner with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to provide expert reward advice, influence strategic decision-making, and ensure our reward programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals. As a trusted advisor, you'll bring deep reward expertise, helping to drive best practice across compensation, benefits, policies, and governance while supporting a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
Skills & Experience
- Translate global and regional reward strategies into locally relevant programmes across UK&I.
- Review compensation recommendations and provide commercially balanced, data-led advice.
- Lead participation in compensation surveys and market benchmarking, using insights to inform salary structures, reward frameworks, and pay decisions.
- Own the UK&I Gender Pay Gap reporting programme and support broader pay equity and emerging pay transparency initiatives.
- Lead strategic benefits projects, partner with vendors, and resolve complex benefits matters to enhance the employee experience.
- Own and oversee the annual salary and bonus review cycles for the UK&I market.
- Act as the reward subject matter expert for executive incentive programmes, salary structures, job architecture, acquisitions, integrations, and organisational transformation.
- Manage complex reward projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
- Engage proactively with HR teams, business leaders, and senior executives to strengthen understanding and adoption of reward programmes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
