Job Description

The Reward Partner plays a pivotal role within our People Experience team. You'll assist the Reward & HR Operations Director in the delivery of high profile strategic ASOS Reward initiatives, taking the lead on our overall Compensation framework and implementation of ASOS’s Reward philosophy across the business.
The Details
- A subject matter expert in compensation practices and techniques in fixed pay and variable pay across the broader employee workforce
- Manage and contribute to the design of new remuneration strategies, programs and practices for the company
- Manage annual and cyclical compensation review processes for all ASOS employees
- Design and implement reward frameworks
- Job evaluation and benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson methodologies
- Partnering with the business in benchmarking roles and in formulating salary recommendations
- Help develop the Senior Reward Analyst by supporting and shadowing you in project design and delivery
- Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies

Qualifications
About You
- A true subject matter expert in non-executive compensation practices and techniques across fixed pay and variable pay
- Strong commercial, numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage commercial information and data
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
- An advanced ability in Excel, HR Analytics and reporting
- UK Payroll and HR / Reward Business Partnering knowledge is a plus.
- Exposure to using HR Information Systems (Workday is desirable)
- An ability to project manage and improve processes
- Team player, who works for the success of the wider team
- Natural discretion and comfort working with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Ability and desire to work operationally, as well as strategically with financial and business acumen
- Ability to multi-task and be well organized with a strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy
- An ability to set and meet deadlines, work under pressure and prioritise accordingly
- Ability to work independently with support but minimum supervision
- Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapid change
- Excellent organizational, project management, written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to build strong relationships
