Reward & Performance Manager

Reward & Performance Manager

Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

We're partnering with a confidential global organisation to appoint a Reward & Performance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Reward function, taking responsibility for key reward and performance programmes that support business growth, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you’ll combine strategic oversight with operational delivery, ensuring reward and performance practices are effective, commercially focused, and consistently applied.

The Role

As Reward & Performance Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering and enhancing the organisation’s reward offering while helping to strengthen the link between business performance, individual contribution, and reward outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the delivery of annual and in-year reward activities, including bonus and performance review cycles.
  • Reviewing and enhancing reward and performance frameworks to ensure they remain fit for purpose and aligned with business priorities.
  • Partnering with HR and senior leaders to support consistent and effective performance and reward decisions.
  • Providing specialist guidance on reward-related matters, including complex or high-profile cases.
  • Using internal data and external marketing insights to shape recommendations and support decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reward processes, governance, and the overall employee experience.
  • Ensuring reward programmes are delivered in line with internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and developing a small team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
