Location : This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London, Kings Cross office.

Contract Type : 6 month fixed term contract

The Opportunity

Join us as a Reward Project Lead and take ownership of high-impact, global reward initiatives. From pay transparency and benchmarking to incentive design, you’ll deliver key projects that shape how we attract and reward talent — all in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead and deliver high-impact global reward projects (pay transparency, incentives, benchmarking, benefits). Manage multiple fast-paced workstreams end-to-end, driving delivery and solving problems quickly. Provide data-driven insights, including pay analysis, modelling and market benchmarking. Ensure compliance with global reward regulations, with a focus on European Pay Transparency and governance. Partner with People, Finance and business leaders as a trusted reward expert to shape reward strategy and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

Proven global reward experience, with strong knowledge of compensation, benefits and market trends. Experience delivering reward projects in complex, multinational environments, including change or M&A. Strong data analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to turn insight into action. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Highly organised, analytical and commercially minded, with a collaborative and discreet approach.
