Reward Specialist Europe
About Orac
At Orac, we don't see walls as surfaces. We see them as blank canvases. What we create is not decoration, but the elements that define how a space feels. For over 50 years, we've been refining that craft. Combining tradition with innovation and design thinking with industrial precision.
We work with people who care about detail. Because detail is never just a detail: it's what makes something feel right.

Your role
As Reward Specialist Europe you shape our total rewards strategy for Belgium and our commercial teams in key European markets including France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the UK. We’re looking for someone with passion, precision, and the drive to take ownership. You enjoy operational work and think on strategic level. Whether you’re an ambitious junior eager to build expertise in European compensation, or a professional with a few years of relevant experience ready for real ownership - we’re open to both. You will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the Payroll Expert and our HR Business Partners in a very hands-on HR Team. If you’re genuinely curious about how compensation works differently market by market you’ll find this role endlessly interesting.
Your key responsibilities
- Own and manage European Total Rewards processes, including salary, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent delivery across countries and employee groups.
- Execute the full annual reward cycle independently, covering budgeting, benchmarking, merit processes, and bonus/incentive calculations.
- Maintain accurate reward data and reporting on salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other metrics to support HR, Finance, and business leaders.
- Translate Total Rewards strategy into practical processes, ensuring consistent application and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize programs.
- Act as the go-to expert for reward matters across European teams, supporting HR, Finance, and employees on salary, bonus, benefits, and incentive questions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
