Rewards Assistant
Rewards Assistant
We're working with a leading international law firm looking for a Rewards Assistant to join their Rewards team.
This is an excellent opportunity either for someone with previous HR, reward or benefits experience, or someone with a genuine interest in developing a career in Rewards/HR. The position supports the delivery of the firm's reward and benefits programmes, working closely with the Reward Manager and wider HR team, you'll help ensure the smooth administration of employee and partner benefits, support key annual reward processes, and provide first-line guidance on reward and benefits queries.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing monthly rewards reporting and ensuring accurate benefit information is provided to payroll and external vendors
- Carrying out data checks and reconciliations across HR and vendor systems to maintain data accuracy
- Processing vendor invoices and supporting partner benefit payment processes
- Assisting with annual benefit renewals and liaising with external benefit providers
- Managing the Rewards team inbox, responding to employee and partner benefit queries, and escalating complex issues where appropriate
- Maintaining the firm's online benefits portal, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and supporting system testing throughout the year
- Supporting the development of employee benefit communications and presenting benefit overviews to new joiners
- Providing administrative support to the wider Rewards team and assisting with ad hoc reward projects

This role would suit someone who is analytical, highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous reward or benefits experience is preferred, although an interest in Rewards and a willingness to learn are equally important.
