Reward Manager / Senior Reward Consultant

Hybrid Working | Excellent Career Development | Strategic and Operational Reward Role

Are you an experienced Reward professional looking for an opportunity to influence business-wide reward strategy and drive meaningful change?

We are partnering with a leading UK professional services organisation seeking a talented Reward specialist to join its established Reward & Recognition team.

This is a varied and commercially focused position where you’ll work closely with HR leaders and senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on compensation, pay frameworks, incentives, and recognition programmes.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in shaping reward policies and ensuring fair, competitive, and data-driven reward practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading annual salary and compensation review processes
  • Conducting salary benchmarking, market analysis, and pay modelling
  • Designing and maintaining reward frameworks and job evaluation methodologies
  • Developing reward analytics and reporting to support business decisions
  • Driving process improvements and reward-related projects
  • Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives through reward analysis
  • Advising leaders on compensation, pay, and recognition matters
  • Partnering with HR and Centres of Excellence to deliver innovative reward solutions
  • Creating engaging reward communications to improve employee understanding and engagement

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in Reward, Compensation, or Total Rewards
  • Strong understanding of pay benchmarking and reward frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
  • Experience managing projects and delivering change initiatives
  • Knowledge of compensation systems and reward technology platforms
  • Workday experience is advantageous
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
