Here, You Will Go Beyond Numbers
As a Rewards Manager, you will support the organisation in designing, implementing, and managing reward programmes to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role involves analysing compensation and benefits data, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards, and providing insights to align rewards with business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Rewards experience in a fast-paced role, operating to strict deadlines and handling conflicting priorities.
- Current experience of managing total reward for a medium-sized organisation.
- Data analysis experience and the ability to present viewpoints to senior stakeholders.
- Able to work as part of a team and individually.
