Bath: On-site Role

GBP 50,000 - GBP 90,000

Hiring at all levels: Junior/Mid/Senior

We are currently partnering with a leading communications and technology organisation who are looking to appoint an RF Engineer to support a portfolio of critical UK programmes.

Our client operates within a highly technical engineering environment where satellite communications, RF systems, and infrastructure projects play a key role in delivering mission-critical services. They work closely with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain complex communications solutions across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in RF engineering, SATCOM systems, or systems engineering who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements capture and design through to installation, testing, commissioning, and operational support.

In role, you will lead antenna and RF engineering activities across multiple projects, working closely with engineering, operations, programme, and supplier teams to ensure technical compliance, successful delivery, and adherence to customer and regulatory requirements. You will also support technical governance activities, supplier engagement, and systems engineering deliverables throughout project execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
