About The Role
The RF Engineer at Filtronic Plc plays a vital role in the design, development, and delivery of high-performance RF and mmWave products. This position demands a highly skilled professional with:

- Testing in laboratory environments
- Hands-on expertise with:

Responsibilities
The RF Engineer will be responsible for:
- Leading design, simulation, and development of RF/microwave circuits, components, and subsystems, ensuring performance aligns with project specifications.
- Conducting detailed RF system analysis and resolving complex design challenges through optimisation and troubleshooting.
- Performing RF measurements, characterization, and validation testing to confirm design performance and adherence to standards.
- Collaborating with teams in systems engineering, manufacturing, and product management for integrated, end-to-end solution delivery.
- Driving technology-development initiatives by proposing innovative design solutions and participating in R&D activities.
- Maintaining high engineering standards through rigorous documentation of design processes, test procedures, and results.
- Supporting technical documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Staying updated on emerging RF/microwave and mmWave technologies, regulatory changes, and industry advancements.
