Company Description MHz Technologies Ltd is a specialized manufacturer’s representative and technical sales consultancy focused on RF, microwave, and millimeter wave technologies. The company supports leading technology manufacturers in marketing and selling advanced products across the United Kingdom and international markets. MHz Technologies Ltd operates in a niche segment, helping clients reach highly technical customer bases with tailored solutions. Team members collaborate closely with both suppliers and end customers to drive adoption of innovative RF and microwave products. The organization values technical excellence, commercial acumen, and long-term partnerships. Role Description This is a full-time, remote RF Sales Engineer role. The RF Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting RF, microwave, and millimeter wave products to customers in the UK and globally. Daily activities include engaging with engineering and procurement teams, understanding technical requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and preparing quotations and technical/commercial proposals. The role involves coordinating product demonstrations, supporting design-in activities, and liaising with principal manufacturers to ensure accurate technical information and timely support. The RF Sales Engineer will also track opportunities in a CRM system, contribute to sales forecasts, participate in virtual customer meetings and industry events, and provide feedback to suppliers on market trends and customer needs. Qualifications

Strong foundation in RF, microwave, or millimeter wave engineering, ideally with experience in components, subsystems, or test and measurement solutions. Proven technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing experience within an electronics RF & Microwave-related industry including business development in the defence, aerospace, medical and communications market Ability to understand customer requirements, interpret technical specifications, and translate them into commercially viable solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with engineers, buyers, and senior stakeholders. Comfortable working remotely and independently, managing time, priorities, and a pipeline of opportunities with minimal supervision. Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM systems, online meeting platforms, spreadsheets, and presentations). Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, supplier meetings, and industry events as required. Curiosity about emerging RF and wireless technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
