With continued investment in new products and emerging technologies, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact by introducing new products into manufacture and developing advanced automated test solutions. Based in Stevenage, you will work closely with the manufacturing operation, supporting new product introduction and helping shape the future of production engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of introducing new products into manufacture and setting up automated RF production test systems from the ground up.
- Design and develop test equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
- Write LabVIEW software to automate RF test equipment.
- Commission new production test stations.
- Generate all manufacturing and test documentation required to support production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
- Train production staff.
- Audit manufacturing processes.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Key Requirements
- HND or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong LabVIEW programming and RF test automation experience.
- Electronics manufacturing experience.
