RFID Project Manager
London (Hybrid)
Inside IR35 | Contract | Up to £550pd
We're hiring an RFID Project Manager for a globally recognised retail brand.
This role sits at the centre of a major RFID transformation programme spanning stores, distribution centres and head office - bringing structure, governance and pace to a complex, high-visibility rollout, and challenging the way things have been done to date.
You'll own end-to-end delivery, working closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising and Store Technology teams, while managing third-party delivery partners to keep the programme on track.
As RFID Project Manager, you'll:
- Own end-to-end programme delivery: scope, timeline, budget and risk
- Build and run proper governance - steering groups, RAID logs, executive reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across retail, supply chain and technology
- Manage third-party vendors and hold delivery partners to account
- Bring an independent, outside perspective to a programme with some untangling to do

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
