The RFP Manager leads the development and delivery of strategic customer responses across NAVEX's global business. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams, you will drive the successful completion of complex RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires while improving how work gets done through AI, automation, and scalable processes. This role requires a skilled project leader who can build alignment across stakeholders, influence, navigate competing priorities, and deliver high-quality submissions that support revenue growth and strengthen NAVEX's competitive position.

What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end management of assigned RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer information requests from intake through submission Develop response strategies, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure high-quality and compliant submissions Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Customer Success Leverage AI-enabled proposal technologies and automation tools to reduce manual effort, accelerate response development, and improve response quality Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and eliminate non-value-added activities Evaluate, implement, and optimise emerging AI and proposal management solutions to improve team productivity and scalability Own and continuously improve the proposal content library, ensuring content is accurate, reusable, searchable, and aligned with current product capabilities and messaging Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Solutions Engineering to maintain high-value response content and competitive positioning Develop processes that maximise content reuse and minimise unnecessary SME engagement Track and analyse proposal performance metrics including win rates, turnaround times, content utilisation, SME effort, and response quality Use data and AI-driven insights to recommend improvements that increase efficiency and improve proposal outcomes Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) for proposal development and cross-functional stakeholder support Ensure all submissions meet customer requirements, compliance standards, and company quality expectations Identify risks, gaps, and resource constraints early and proactively drive resolution

What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP operations, sales operations, revenue operations, project management, or a related field Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to improve business processes and increase efficiencies Experience with proposal management platforms such as Responsive (RFPIO), Loopio, Qvidian, or similar solutions Experience utilising generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar) to accelerate content creation, summarisation, knowledge management, and workflow efficiency Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions Experience using data and metrics to drive operational decisions and continuous improvement initiatives Ability to balance attention to detail with a focus on overall process effectiveness and business outcomes Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build strong partnerships and credibility to influence and drive action across cross-functional teams without direct authority Culture Agility.
