Leading Global Asset Manager Seeks RFP Specialist

A leading global asset manager is seeking an RFP Specialist to join its dynamic and highly collaborative Global RFP team. Based in London, this role will support institutional and third-party distribution efforts across international markets, contributing directly to business development initiatives and client retention.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to deepen their knowledge of investment products and gain exposure to a broad range of asset classes across both public and private markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, draft, edit and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client reporting requests to support business development and client servicing activities.
  • Partner closely with subject matter experts across Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Operations, Performance, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure responses are accurate, compelling and delivered on time.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm's investment capabilities and solutions across various asset classes.
  • Maintain, update and enhance content within the firm's proposal management platform, ensuring the content library remains accurate and relevant.
  • Support the ongoing integration and adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools within the RFP function and broader business.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency and quality across the proposal process.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within an RFP or related role within asset management.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in asset management, investment strategies and financial markets.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear and compelling content.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
  • Experience using proposal management platforms such as Loopio is beneficial but not required.
