We are currently supporting a leading financial services organisation in the search for an experienced RFP/RFI Content Writer to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proposal professional with experience producing high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and client-facing content within a regulated environment. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by delivering compelling, accurate and tailored responses to prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other client requests.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to gather relevant information and insights.
  • Develop and maintain proposal content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the continuous improvement of proposal processes, content libraries and best practices.
  • Ensure all responses align with brand, regulatory and business requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience writing and managing RFPs, RFIs and proposal content.
  • Strong written communication and content development skills.
  • Experience working within financial services, asset management, wealth management, investment management or another regulated industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and organised approach to work.
